Dowen College Students who are on the Bayelsa State Government academic scholarship had a date with His Excellency, Dr. Goodluck E. A. Jonathan – President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria at the Aso Rock Villa in FCT, Abuja on Friday the 8th of July, 2011.
