Dr. Olumide Phillips is the chairman, Board of Governors. Dowen College, Lagos. A Graduate of Mechanical Engineerng, He had his masters and doctoral degrees in Petroleum & Natural Gas Engineering. He retired from Texaco Overseas Petroleum Company as Executive Vice Chairman after 31 years in the petroleum industry. He also serves as Chairman/Board Member of numerous companies, and is a Rotarian Paul Harris major donor.
Mrs. M. Iyabo Durand

Mrs. Iyabo Durand is an educationist of high standard. She taught at Corona Schools for 25 years prior to starting the reputable Greenwood House school at Ikoyi, in 1995.
Mr. H.A. Olusegun George

Mr. H.A. Olosegun George is the Founder/CEO of Akinsegun Farm Products Ltd. He was the marketing manager with Imperial Chemica Industries in the Uk and with its subsediaries in Nigeria. He is a Rotarian and on the board of many companies. He is also the MD/CEO of GAP Nigeria Ltd.
Mrs. Modupe O. Jaiyesimi

Mrs. Modupe Jaiyesimi is an educationist of high standard. She has served as the Vice-Principal (Admin. & Acad.) for the Federal School of Arts & Science; King's College Lagos and Queens College, Yaba. Though she retired in 1996, she is influential in the educational field.
Prof. Kayode A. Odusote

Professor Kayode Odusote is a Neurologist. In 1987 he was awarded professor of Medicine, University of Lagos, and in 1992 became the secretary of the West African Postgraduate Medical College. He is a fellow of various medical societies in Nigeria and abroad. He is the Director of Human Resource Development for West African Health Organisation.
Dr John K. Oganwu

Dr. John Aganwu, a Ph.D. holder in City & Regional Planning was Assistant Chief Town Planner in the Bendel State Public Service. He is the founder of JODAD Consult and the Chairman/CEO, Shoreline Lift Boats Nigeria Ltd., and other companies.
Dr. (Mrs.) Toyin Phillips

Dr. (Mrs.) Oluwatoyin Phillips (nee Euba) ia an Economist and Banker, holding a B.Sc. (Hons) & M.A. degrees in Economics and a Ph. D. in Business Administration. She has an outstanding career, having been Deputy Director (Research) at Central Bank of Nigeria; Chief Economist, Securities & Exchange Commision; Executive Director (Admin & Finance), UBA Plc and Managing Director, Gateway Bank Plc. She has served on the board of various companies and is currently a consultant and principal partner of Keystone Financial and Management Consultants. She is also the President of an NGO - Abba Father Link.

Professor V. Olubunmi Rotimi is a universally acknowledged consultant in Medical Microbiology. He has worked in the College of Medicine, University of Lagos, Akoka and in other reputable universities worldwide.
Prof. Olusoga A. Sofola

Professor Olusoga Sofola was a professor of Physiology at the College of Medicine, University of Lagos, Akoka, where he had taught medicine and also in other universities, and served as Provost, College of Medicine, University of Lagos; Deputy Vice Chancellor (Academics), University of Lagos. He is currently the Vice Chancellor of Onabisi Onabanjo University, Ogun State.
